Construction Laborer

Alternative Design Manufacturing and Supply, a growing metal fabrication company located in Siloam Springs, AR since 1987, is looking for a Construction Laborer to join our team!  Applicants must have strong skills in mechanics and be familiar with all phases of metal fabrication. We are currently seeking crew members with general construction knowledge to help complete daily tasks and help our team achieve our daily goals. An applicant that is hardworking and pays close attention to detail will be a great fit for this position. Starting pay will be based on experience. We are looking for dependable employees looking to learn and grow with our rapidly expanding company.

Qualified applicants must be able to read blueprints and be detail oriented.  This position requires the ability to reason and make decisions.
